The IUCT Oncopole will host the 25th SFOG conference from October 22 to 24

Each year, the SFOG conference brings together French clinicians from various specialties to discuss the latest advances in the management of gynecological cancers.

'The 2014 edition will be specifically dedicated to oncogenetics and hereditary forms of cancers, which account for 5 to 10% of gynecological cancers (ovarian and endometrial cancer).
What management strategies for at-risk families? What surgical prevention for breast or ovarian cancer? Does the identification of mutated genes make it possible to offer more targeted therapy? So many questions that will be covered by the discussions. This year, it is the Institut Claudius Regaud within the IUCT-Oncopole which will pilot the conference.
