Catering services and means of communication
Repas
The catering team works closely with the dieticians. It is responsible for ordering meals, taking into account patient diets and allergies.
Meals are served in rooms from 7:00, 11:30 and 18:30.
The restaurant
If the patient is fit enough, he/she can lunch in the restaurant on the ground floor. The restaurant is open to patients and caregivers, Monday to Friday from 11:30 to 14:30.
The ‘Relais H' shop
Located in the main reception area, it is open Monday to Friday from 7:30 to 18:30, Saturdays from 10:00 to 18:00, week-ends and public holidays from 12:00 to 18:00.
Hospitalized patients can receive or send mail through the health service manager.
Telephone
Each room has a telephone. The request to put the telephone into service should be made on admission. A phone number is then assigned to the hospital room. It is possible to make outside calls. These calls are free for France.
TV
The rooms all have a TV. Use of the TV is free.
Multimedia equipment loan
Hospitalized patients can benefit from free loan of a laptop (or a tablet) with internet access. The request should be made through the health care team.
Free wifi
Free wifi is available in the public areas on the ground floor (reception, restaurant relaxation area).

Red Cross library
Volunteers visit the hospital units to offer free loan of books on Thursdays from 15:00 to 16:30.
Parking
Patients and their escorts can park in the parking lot located at the end of the Joliot-Curie Avenue ( about 700 meters away). A free shuttle service runs between the parking lot and the Institute, operating from 6:45 to 21:00, Monday to Friday.
Lost and found
Found objects are left at the reception desk located in the main reception area.

Social service and legal service by Ligue contre le cancer
Located in the communal house, the association offers support services (social services, legal advice, etc.) to patients. It has also set up a relaxation area, the "Escale", where patients can participate in sports or enjoy reflexology treatments.
